A nice thing about this place is its amazing location, not too far from the restaurant and main roads. 🍽️ Plus, it's right in the middle of the main shopping area. The room got upgraded and was clean, with a comfy super king-size bed waiting for me.

The rooms are well-equipped, beautifully presented, and nicely decorated, with a great location close to The Elms.

We had an a double room with a tv. The breakfast with pancakes and also croissants as part on the meal was gorgeous and amazing.

Its location in a convent area was magnificent and ideal. The staff was very friendly all that time. The breakfast was complimentary with croissants as part on the meal and Hash Brown's, for example and had something for everyone.

the hotel was reasonably cleanwith nice interior and nestled in a beautiful building. the staff members were exceptionally attentive and caring. we got nicely decorated room with a jetted tub and a balcony, as example. greatly enjoyed our stay in this place.

Beautiful old and beautifully kept place to stay in Tauranga. Functional, brand-new room, very efficient staff with great service. A wide array of good food for meals. Handy central location, right by the city center, sulphur point, the mount and surrounding areas as well as the waterfront and the many restaurants. Also, near bars and restaurants.

Beds were not very comfortable.

This place deserves more than 3 stars, it has brand-new rooms and serves complimentary breakfast. The room is reasonably priced. There is an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware😀

The hotel is relaxing and clean, has absolutely gorgeous views of the sunrise. The location is marvellous, minutes from Tauranga Art Gallery. It's in a fairly nice area just next door to downtown and nearby cafes, restaurants, waterfront, main routes, marina.
